Krewe of Neptune

to provide all invited males along the states bordering the ms gulf coast the opportunity to fraternize and join in the bonds of brotherhood with fellow members of the krewe of neptune. all members shall utilize their positions within the corporation to promote carnival along the mississippi gulf coast. all members acknowledge that this is purely a men's social organization that hosts parades, balls, parties, dinners, and other various events throughout the year. membership is strictly limited to those invited males.
